Dono quite what your asking but not a lot to see under the van. I would presume you lift the van then compress your springs with spring compressors (Funny that) hold in place and uncompress. I would also presume you sit the mount on top when uncompressing.

Re: rear springs

Thanks for the pics  Casper, it looks like the spring sits on a plug at the top , i reckon that wont be there on mine due to the air conversion ,might have to stick with air  and try and find some replacement bags

See the plastic plug how it has a ring of rust inside? I think that will be a lip what hold the plastic part in place and you should still have the lip so its getting the plugs (scrap yard)
How about the later vans. Dont they have bags you could adapt? get the manual from the download section and have a look and look at that Russian manual.

Im just going by the pictures mate so dont take what  i say as gospel. I have done many a front spring on Pugs but never the back. Some of the exploded pictures i was looking at online last night show it as two parts. I have the workshop CD hear and that gives nothing away either. Not even a part number so i think you had better have a chitty chat at your local Peugeot garage to see what they have on computer. This is the picture from the CD

If it as a VW T3 i would know without looking i have just about replaced everything on my old one , now rusting in peace, Thats why i have one of these  no body  rot !
with swivel seats it has almost the same amount of space as the back of the t3

Re: rear springs

Had a look under the van today  they have bolted large air suspension mounts  over the top o the original, My MOT bloke said he  will just issue a advisory for them Because they take 15 hours plus to fully deflate,  so no hurry now for spring swap
there are just two bolts holding  each of the air mounts on

Re: rear springs

That sound handy then. Is it just unbolt and out then put springs in or do you need to find the plugs at the top?

Re: rear springs

Don't suppose you know what company did the WAV conversion?

I see Chinese companies are getting in on the act and selling "universal Air Suspension Kits".....      yikes

Whatever that may be.............
