Replacing rear wheel brake cylinder 98 Scudo 1.9D

Today I was going to replace and bleed the brake fluid and then the van would be pretty much ready for its MoT. But I thought I'd also replace the rear brake shoes as I had some new ones available.
As it turns out the brake shoes don't need replacing, but when I tried to start the bleeding process, the bleed valves in both rear wheel assemblies sheared off because they were corroded in to the cylinder.
So, the bleed valves needed replacing, but one of the cylinders was weeping so it also needed to be swapped out. Might as well replace both of them whilst I'm there.
This is their story...
