is there any links anywhere to purchasing rnr beds that fit a scudo and swivel bases that fit etc?

Swivels i bought these
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Qty-2-Motorh … SwLVZVgTu5
They are cheap as they are small. They were thinner than my seat runners but i have seats out a corsa so you do your measuring. Look at sellers other items as he sells wider ones if you wish but they tend to be 100+ quid. You can just add cross beams to make wide runner seats fit these. B&Q sell the steel but it would be close to 40 quid for what you need so best go to a iron/welder shop
As for RnR bed i made one from wood for under £100 but you cant have seat belts doing it that way. Ikea sell a double folding bed that may fit but you can do that search as i cant remember its name.

I bookmarket this page when someone on here said they used a r'n'r bed from them:-
We manufacture 3/4 width, full width, rear pull out and custom designed beds to suit your individual requirments.
We are able to manufacture beds to your dimensions and able to quote you over the phone.
Don't know them myself. Looks like they do approved seat belt options too.

The ikea one is £175 however you do get the cushions. You will just need to fathom what legs dont have to move when operating the bed as they will be your main anchor points

I hope you realise what you have taken on. They are never finished you know!
Ask away any questions. There are a surprising number of us here with camper conversions.

Excellent, Im kind of getting a list together but no idea where to start... probably insulation. Do you insulate onto the metal and then put boarding up and then insulate the boards?

I happen have one of these sofa beds, and they won't fit. The problem is that the wheel arches are quite high (39cm) and the base of the sofa bed is 25cm. Shame because they are very light.

That is a bit of a shame as its a nice alternative.

Might be a stupid question....... Is there possibly any way to extend legs i.e. sleeve over legs with a tube drill a hole an put nut N bolt through/weld at required height to clear wheel arch or does that start giving height issues with roof

Kind of what i was thinking as being that low would be a waste of under storage space. Extending would give great storage even from the back. 2nd set of lega may be a problem. Cant remember the distance between your arches but that bed is 4'"6 so may need to get clever plus two sets of legs have rollers
