And we finally found the blasted thing...
When your supplier is adament that the part looks like the picture they send....   And it ends up to be a different brand/ type all together..

There is another small box there.. But as far as I know that is part of the lpg installation..  and misses the markings from the image that I was sent..

I'll know as soon as I found the darn thing...  but so far I have no clue to where it is..
(mine is converted to lpg btw and in use for our local k9 sar group..  Without this car we are essentially grounded for the moment..)

@ OAT
No keypad hidden left, right or middle.
This should be factory installed as well btw..
Been looking for a workshop manual everywhere but can't find anything for this version ("99-07 I believe) only the following model.

I'll have a look in a minute but can't recall ever having seen a keypad..  I'll take my flashlight out in a minute and have a look..
The dashboard cupboard does look small.. Maybe I overlooked something there..

Due to some issues with the ECU I need to have the whole config checked out.
However if my life depended on it I can't find the immobiliser.
It's  2001, 2.0 l  petrol version and according to the testing company I should be looking for a textron imobiliser.
Thanks in advance.
