So clutch is grinding and its caput, question is do these have a mass flywheel and also after getting it through its MOT at 600 odd quid, should i get it fixed? Better the devil you know? or madness?

It shuts but only on the safety latch, so failed MOT, I've had a look but any obvious idea of what might be causing it before i start taking off grills etc?
