Becouse its about 350€ cost... and i wouldnt like to replace it, and still have the problem later. I will replace it, if mechanic is 100% sure that it will solve the problem...
And i replace it around 3 years ago... i got white smoke back then...
Maybe someone can help me with my engine problem.
Mine is 2.0 hdi engine. Im having trouble with turbo. When weather is really hot, and when engine warmsup, SOMETIMES turbo stop working. So, then im driving regular 2.0 diesel engine, wich has no power. I hardly get to 100 kmh. And, if i manage to get to 3000rpm, turbo starts to work again. But only above 3000rpm. Im solving this problem for two years now. I visited two mechanics, first said that i should replace turbo, but i dont think thats the problem, the other guy said last week, i should take it to official service, on computer test, if they will find something more...

Now im thinking about curtains... what kind would be easiest to mount and dismount...
You have more sun than us hence a full awning. Wife and eye sit out in them at night rather than the van unless very cold.
You talking about curtains in the van rather than side ones for your awning? How about roller blinds?
Yes, curtains in van... i like to sleep a little longer and sometimes we take a little nap after launch...
Curtains must be detacable ... im thinking some linening up and down, and curtains in middle..
I notice you guys have rear drivers doors... here, we dont have many cars with that option...
Yeah, i dont need so much closed space... if i want that i set up pa a tent...

Hello!
I come from Slovenia, so be patient with my english please.
So my Peugeot Expert, 2006, is slowly turning into mini-camper. Im also using it for work, so nothing is intached. It has 260k km.
So far i have build a bed in rear space and a little bed for our little one - 4 years, on front seats.
Rear bed is made of aluminium in wood, with selfinflating mattres, little ones bed is made of wood in foam.
Right now im installing awning, Fiamm F65 Top, wich is 3.4m long, so it is quite a DIY project. It will be installed on roof racks. Will post some photos when i will be done.
Plans for future:
- Boxes under the bed on cradle
- Curtains ASAP
- Some net holders under the roof
- replace coverings on rear doors
Here is the album with photos... few for now, will be more in future...
