The Dispatch | Expert | Scudo Hub

Hey everyone,
I’ve connected my phone to the Bluetooth on my dispatch. It’s all working apart from when someone phones it doesn’t show there name or number, it just has “      ”. Anyone have any idea? I’ve checked my Bluetooth settings and it has contacts on. I can access the contacts via the Bluetooth menu they just won’t show up if that person phones me. Thanks
