Hmm, maybe I'll nip down the scrappy and try another roller.

Yea I have some of that sealant stuff in mine. It feels like a bit of a bodge though smile

I've checked a few 'stock' Dispatches and the top of the door sticks out just after the driver's door. What sort of design is that?!

Interesting. I do remember the original door wasn't exactly sealed at the back, so it could well be the runner.

I assume you're suggesting changing the part that rolls along the rail, and not necessarily the rail itself?

The new door didn't come with any runners, so all original.

The middle one at the back? Most of my problems are at the front.

I fitted replacement windowed sliding doors but no matter what I do I can't get them to seal all round. My worst one is the passenger side at the top:

I've read on here about using washers at the bottom, which has helped, but not completely. It helps at the top, but then the bottom is pushed out too far.

I feel like the top rail needs pulling in, but I don't think it's adjustable.

Any tips?

I'm annoyed it looks like I missed this! Is this something you do regularly? I'm in Yorkshire and always up for a trip to the Dales
