Hi folks new here ,
Bought 2010 1.6hdi dispatch done 400 miles no issue , fitted a double din as there was no stereo van started an ran fine afterwards had a coffee went to head home the van would turn over but not start , not getting fuel . Tried easy start an it will run with that . Cannot seem to find the fuel stop valve , and when I've checked online to see what the valve looks like it brings up multiple totally different looking 1s . Any help would be appreciated its my only mode of transport

I don't know this engine but could it be a pressure sensor rather than a stop valve?

Hi mate , I had the stop valve out last night tested it and it was working had it plugged in and it was giving 92.8psi rail pressure

Did you test it with an external battery? Even if working it might not be being triggered by the loom?
Been very quiet round here lately but someone should be along. Electronics after 2000 are beyond me.

I think we're all a bit old school and not used to the computerised world
The way I'd approach it if the codes aren't giving any pointers is to physically check the three things an engine needs: fuel, compression and air (and glow plug maybe)
How much are you able to get into things to check them? Does the in-tank fuel pump run before you start the engine (you should be able to hear it whirring). You could also check it by taking one of the fuel lines off and seeing if fuel is being pumped through
As a bit of background, the way the fuel delivery works on those engines is:
A low-pressure fuel pump in the tank delivers the fuel from the tank to the engine bay. Not a huge amount of pressure, just to lift the fuel up
That then goes into the high pressure fuel pump in the engine bay, at which point it goes to insane amounts of pressure on the "common rail" (a metal bar across the front of the engine)
Then the fuel goes from that common rail to the injectors
The injectors are told by the ECU to open at the right time to deliver fuel to the engine
It'll be a case of confirming step by step that fuel is making it through all of those stages. If it makes it through the injectors then it's not a fuel delivery issue
I think the fuel filter is between the two pumps which should give you an easy place to disconnect a fuel line to see if the low pressure pump is working. I'd make that my first check
