Update.
I have been all around the breakers, and am yet to find a decent seat. In the mean time, I had the foam insert from the mattress of a baby's cot. I have put this between the bulk head and the back of my seat. I have pushed the seat all the way back, and down, and the movement has stopped. It also has made the can a wee bit quieter.
Still on the hunt for a good seat though.

Thanks for the feedback. I have had a look in a few breakers, and all the seats are in rag order, so I think I am looking at the Foam base replacement for the seat base, but will be getting the whole drivers seat to replace my one, unless there is a list of other seats that will fit? Anyone started a thread on that?

€100 is expensive, but probably cheaper than a trip to the Chiropractor.

Hi all,
I have an issue with the frame on my drivers seat. It is like a spring is broken on the right side of the base, and the seat is not attached to the frame, and keeps diving and squatting. Is it better to just get a whole new seat, or just look to replace the seat frame? Also, any recommendations on replacement foam for the base of the seat? All advice very welcome.

Mines a bit wonky o the left-hand side of the drivers seat. Not had a chance to look at it yet. Worried the bolt might have rusted out......

hi all,
I bought a 2014 Proace Mk1, and I have the water coming into the passenger area just under the heater. I know I need to check the Scuttle Drains, but has anyone any guide as to how to check them? Do I need to take the wipers and scuttle panel off to do this? I don't see the rubber tubes when I look in the engine bay.
Thanks in advance....
