Has anyone 3 d printed the lock mech ?
IAM at this stage now both pins are identical so I've removed the unbroken one o see if I can get some printed then go from there only split the box this morning if it works I'll do the one on my van as I got this box out of a rough breaker the other day to try first as I hadn't seen this post before
I managed to pick one up from a breakers last week with a broken latch pin
It's raining today so I've sat with a coffee and a flat blade screwdriver and I can report I've managed to split one to get inside to the mechanism it's not difficult at all
I started down by the hinge and just worked my way around leaving the bottom till last just take your time
Both the latch rods are identical so I've removed the unbroken one to see if I can get one 3D printed very simple mechanism inside it's just a cam with the rods operating by friction
I know this post is a few tears old but it might inspire someone to do there own repair as these boxes area like rocking horse poo
I'll update on this if I succeed with this venture if I do it'll then be time to do the one on the van instead of the one I brought to practice on
Some bargains here

In seriousness though this one looks the right diameter - 16" wheel but thin tyre is the same as the 14" one my old Dispatch had

I'm assuming - and it's only an assumption - that being a Peugeot wheel the stud pattern will be the same
I knew ide get the wheelbarrow wheels glad I wasn't disappointed
Also thanks for the serious reply too
Hi folks would anyone happen to know if there is space saver wheel available for the 2006 dispatch as mine is a wav conversion so rear floor has been lowered and a drop down ramp so any pointer towards a 14" (wheel barrow wheel) would be great
He hasn't posted for a while.
The relays are widely available though. Tend to be about £10 - £12.
Generic parts so no number, just search for "lights-on buzzer relay".
Thanks ever so much that is a huge help
Sorry for jumping in do you happen to have a part number for this relay mine is a 2006 dispatch and no buzzer when I left the lights on also my interior lights will not turn of when I close the door
By chance anyone got the part number for this relay for a 2006 dispatch as my interior light will not turn off Wii the switch also no warning when I've left the lights on
Just jumping in here as I am in the same process at the moment the Citroen seat runner on drivers side is 16" wide
The runners on VW Audi and seat are 20" wide
Vauxhall Corsa are 18.5 wide as are fiat Punto
Mazda are just over 21'
My plan is to use the original drivers side base and utalis the base on the bench seat by cutting and fabricating something as regards the seat to base I'll make a conversation plate which is the easy bit biggest headache is the daft location of the handbrake with the clearance issue so I don't think I'll be using my AUDI A4 seats but I am toying with using some Punto seats as I've I centralise them they will just give enough clearance as I don't think stepping the Audi seat 3" inbound will throw the steering position to far out from sitting central to the wheel
Hope this gives you some ideas for yours
Thanks ever so much for the reply it's a helpful in the right direction
Hi first of all thanks for the exeptance
Ok here goes new to french vehicles ivejust bought a dispatch on a 2006 plate
And require a driver's side mirror
It a manual adjustment but when I search on a well known auction site it seems that there's two different lengths of the cable adjuster
The cable knob is located in the top of the door panel not far from the mirror
Also I need a replacement adjuster knob for the passenger side so on that score is there a knob from any other vehicles that fit
Van is a 19D with windows all round right hand drive
IAM also looking for the holy grail gloves box lid is there any others that fit from this range
There is nothing major wrong with the van just need a few niggles sorting out
