this popped up on face book anybodys from here https://www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-mot … 1176004205
looks like its had a offside scrape
and like the simple layout
Looks like it is bases on a LWB chassis looks good but I think i tad underpowered with a 1.9d with all that weight
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PEUGEOT-807-C … 1138651709
Because ive searched for them alot in the past they pop up on my ebay homepage still. so any more that pop up that will fit directly i will post in this thread
I would rather have the Bosch VE pump too , You will have to change the injectors and the pump mount and maby the lines too
found this vid but its a XUD TD motor but same principle
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBfiyZzhIfM
I used to run My t25with tdi conversion on SVO also riped the electronics out n put a mechanical pump in
just get the belt changed+water pump and a full engine service will be like a new un
DW8s are a good old clattery non electronic deisel engine anyways
two complete new trackrod kits complete with trackrod ends grease and gaters not cheap Chinese stuff FEBI BILSTIN
60 quid the pair cash on collection or could post but theres some weight in them
also have startermotor for the petrol 806 new 20 quid
exhaust for diesel 806 should fit van! new been in shed for 2 years with fitting kit 60 quid
one lower wishbone new offside 20 quid
You dont nead most of them. only 3 4 and 2 and some hand tools and you can use allan keys for 4 and 2
But my advise is buy your own full kit a and get someone you trust to put it on
If you have no proof i would change it, I am going to do mine when im well again allthough i have proof that it was done 30.000 ago,, Best belt kits are Gates And SKF as they both use SKF bearings (the best) Gates use INA also (just a good as SKF) both use use good water pumps SKF use there own, And both Kits use Gates Belts
I take it you have a 1.9DW8 here are a couple of links for you

The bases on the 806 seats are not as high as the van ones also they have smaller plastic spacers , the van ones are about 2cms.
Mine are just about bob on but i have on the lowest position as im 6ft 2 !
Nice Job Casper cant beet that for 80 qud ,
Ive had no internet for a while, but soon as i got back on ebay theese popped up
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Two-swivel-se … 6016.l4276
but looks like no bases
forgot to say they are 806 seats
I need to grind off the front stops of my passenger rails so the seat slides back up against the dash board, for them extra few inches
Looking at the Spanish guys job using the same swivels as you , he has put it under the sliders and it just clears the hand brake with a bit of filing, see pic below
you seats are in good nick mine are worn n riped hence the covers
Thats a good price cheep as chips ,Ive seen swivels for vw T3s go for silly money in the past more than double what you paid just for one secondhand one,
Now its time to fit them, keep us posted with pics
there are some tips on fitting them on standard seats on FurgoVW
useful pics here http://www.furgovw.org/index.php?topic= … msg1575340
just found theses on ebay , bit on the expensive side
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/captain-recli … 6016.l4276
i really like the swivel seats, mine has 3 seats so no gangway it sux,
amazing how everyone does things differently,
ii am not for the kitchen fitting stuff, takes up loads of room and unnescessary,
lots of work and money, why not just use a glass 1.5ltr bottle of water and a tiny gas cooker?
that costs 10 quid.
My kitchen dosent take up any space i use a cheap stove from aldi +Small gas bottle and a 3 gallon plasitc water can as a tank thats it, nothing comes forward past the sliding doors
I havent a clue who did it ,but its not a high end one

Looks like a firestone 9000 sack you can you see where they have just bolted another mount on, also the rust on all non original parts ,will go over the lot with waxoyle when im up to it ,
Mine is classed as a PLG They changed it when i taxed it as it was no longer a WAV on Disabled tax has Windows all round
After having a Ulysee i would rather have the plastic they have useful pockets and easy (very) to keep clean
you pull up on the handbrake then a liitle pull on the button hey presto the handle lays down so the swivel seats can clear, its a throw back to the 806/synergie
the walk through is dam useful especially when its pissing down
I had odd coloured single seats in my vw, keep us updated on the swivel plate
I will have to carefully unbolt at first just to have a look first I will take a pic tomorrow and show you , pissing down here at the mo
i have just been in Aldi they have rolls of green of what call fake lawn but it looks like a hard wearing carpet at 6.99
Had a look under the van today they have bolted large air suspension mounts over the top o the original, My MOT bloke said he will just issue a advisory for them Because they take 15 hours plus to fully deflate, so no hurry now for spring swap
there are just two bolts holding each of the air mounts on
