2014 Citroen Dispatch Combi install powerfold wing mirrors

I've recently bought a 2nd hand 2014 Citroen Dispatch Combi for our large family and am trying to fit power fold wing mirrors.
I installed some I bought new online but I'm not sure what is necessary with the electrics to get it working. I plugged everything in and the mirrors can be adjusted but the power fold mechanism doesn't work. I removed the little tab to move the plastic toggle backwards manually but the mirrors don't fold.
Is there some extra wiring or fuses that might be needed and any advice on how to do this? I foolishly forgot to think about this as the van came  with electric but not power folding mirrors.

Can't help but I'd love to know where you bought the mirror kit from...

You will need to get Citroen to activate them.  I asked how much it would be to get the cd port enabled in my 2013 combi and my local citroen dealer (Liverpool) quoted 53 quid, so must be similar for the mirrors to be enabled.

Let us know what they say as i was considering this.
