Intermittent Electric Windows

Hi there, I have a 2008 Scudo Van 1.6HDI

I have had problems with both my windows. I have replaced both switches to no avail.

The passenger side will go down and up when using the passenger switch but intermittently - sometimes wont do anything - sometimes stuck half way - sometimes goes down instead of up and vice versa...

The passenger side won't do anything when using the switch on the drivers side.

The drivers side operates intermittently the same as the passenger side.

As stated I have replaced both switches with the same problems. Any ideas anyone?!

Hi Mx19,

It's a problem that I've not had with mine. Had plenty of others though.

Have you carried out any electrical tests on both the switch and the motor?

Does the drivers side window operate correctly? Just to confirm the same fault occurred when using both switches?
