I'm rebuilding a 1.9td engine and sent the bocsh pump for reconditioning.   Unfortunately the pulley broke when it was removed.  Peugeot new part is no longer available,  has anyone got a spare?  And does anyone know if a 1.9d lucas pump pulley is the same?  The pulley has 42 teeth. I will try to upload some photos.   God knows what's happened with the photos, but the other side measurement of the hole is 19.74mm

Re: Fuel pump pulley.

Hi there. The Lucas and Bosch pumps  have different pullies as the taper on the shaft is different.  I will probably have a pulley off a 1.9td Bosch pump somewhere, otherwise any breakers yards with any of the 1.9td engined vehicles will do. The later pulleys are visually different , being of a lighter construction, but are interchangeable as are pullies from turbo or non turbo engines.  They all have the same number of teeth ( think about it)  so that would include  205 306 405 406 BX ZX Xantia. The XUD engines were also fitted in Freightrover vans  and some Suzuki Vitaras. I also know where there is a 406 parked up with a Bosch pump.
