Today's progress.... rear and sliding doors stuffed with b&q plastic insulation. Sealed with tape. Old door cards covered in 3-way stretch and reinstalled.
Not entirely happy as the top panel was slightly warped, so there is a bulge. I might just
learn to live with it....
