Expert buzzing fuse box

Hi guys, first time posting.
I have a 2010 peugeot expert 1.6hdi 90bhp. Last Friday having just turned up to work, I was sitting in van with keys In my lap, the lights suddenly came on and the windscreen wiper started going. If I turn ignition on, open door or flick a switch it stops. But 2 mins later it starts again. Only way to stop it is to disconnect the battery. Also noticed a buzzing sound coming from the fuse board when keys are out!
Today whilst driving to work, the ABS light flashed on and an error comes up on display very briefly. There are no error codes showing.
I assume there is a wiring fault/water ingress to the box, but was wondering if any of you guys had had this problem and how you sorted it out.

Pretty sure someone had similar recently.

Can't remember where though.  You might find it if you browse recent posts I think it was in the past month or so.

As you said, sounds like a good check of the fuse box.  The buzzing sounds like a dodgy relay.
