2002 scudo lights

Hi, new to the forum and looking for a bit help please

I've got a 2002 1.9 scudo, after towing with it I lost side and rear lights, (headlights work ok) I've checked all fuses with a multimeter and thinking it may be relay, but not sure which ones for lights and is there a way of testing them? Or anything else I should be looking for?

Download the dispatch handbook. Its the same van just some have extra electrical parts.
