Aftermarket horn advice

Well, sadly it seems as I approach my 40s, I've already lost the horn ops

Good news though, I have an aftermarket trumpet arriving today. It comes with a relay and everything needed to run it direct off the battery but I'm wondering if I can just get away with hooking it up to the old cabling (if there's room)

Contrary to what I've read about the older models, my face lift has a 20A fuse behind the glovebox (F17). So presumably that's going to be enough headroom for the original wiring and relay to handle.

It may turn out I have to site the horn elsewhere as it's a double straight horn and not the snail design, but thought I'd ask here first

Also, is there a resource for relays ID and locations like the fuse diagrams? I've never given much thought on how they work on a vehicle, but in a simple world there'd be an individual relay for each accessory fuse but surely that would be an awful lot of relays.

Re: Aftermarket horn advice

To follow up on the this, I ended up installing the horn by bolting it on to the frame near the screenwash filler as was too big to fit elsewhere. Mounted the new relay to one of the ecu screws and grounded to the nearby point just forward of it. It was easier to run the Batt+ to the alternator connection but I still had to extend both relay wires over to the other side where the old horn used to be (probably only needed to run 1 but meh). Run then under the rubber love the radiator so fairly neat. Need to do a better job on the batt+ add I've cake types of to the loom instead of sinking it in but it started raining heavy so that's a fight for another day

Sounds like a train...
