Glow Plug change and Glow Plug relay

Hello everyone
I've owned my 1998 1.9 EL Scudo since summer 2013
It's been an amazing starter, wonderful reliable van and converted camper.
Two weeks ago it wouldn't start in the morning - ever since ive had a bump start it down the hill every morning and if the engine is cold it won't start with Easy Start sprayed into the air intake.
I've looked for a Workshop Manual for breakdown of how to do it myself  ( I'm an experienced mechanic)
Does anyone have any tips or advice?

Our Pug 306 and Dispatch both have the DW8 1.9D non turbo and as Caspers Youtube vid shows glow plugs are under inlet manifold which is a B***h to remove (access) and possibly more so on van for the rear two bolts as there so far under the windscreen scuttle

But a couple of yrs ago our 306 was (unusually) something of a hard starter as the weather got colder.

Used a meter to see if power was reaching glow plug run...... which it was and then took out all the plugs and tested them using a battery to see if they Glowed.......
Found two that were dud.... replaced and wee cars never looked back

Starts better than the diesel golf we've also got that's way less than half the mileage (200,000+) of the 306 in the minus temps we've had lately

Is glow plug relay on drivers side wing on van....... beside power steering bottle??
