Long lived van

Just seen a 2005 Expert 2.0 HDI for sale with 220,000 miles on the clock
and still going strong albeit with some age related issues.
As mine has a mere 136,000 miles I find this encouraging that with due care and servicing
it should last, especially as I do less than 10k a year.

My Synergie made it beyond 230,000 miles

Would have kept going too if mr mechanic would have changed the timing belt like I asked  mad

I used to wonder why everyone makes such a big deal of "bulletproof engines". None of my problems have been engine related.

Until I realised that's the point isn't it  cool
