Wiper Motor Clicking

Afternoon all, as with the title of my problem, the wiper motor keeps clicking even with ignition off.
I'm guessing the relay is U/S does any one know where it is?
All the diagrams just list the fuses.

Relays are under the bonet in a black case, I think there is a key on the side for what does what. If I remember correctly
