2011 Expert 1.6D Wiper Stalk

Hi my son in law has aquired a 2011 Expert van, the end part of the wiper stalk is broken and missing. (I think it has rear wash wipe logos on it although the van does not have rear wiper)

The front screen wash is not working pulling the stalk towards you operates the wipers but the pump does not run. I have replaced the pump so I know that is good, no idea where the fuse is, is the missing end of the stalk affecting the pump operation, if so how easy is it to replace the stalk if I can get one?

Is the same stalk used on the Dispatch and Scudo?
