fiat scudo 2.0 jtd 2002 heater problem

Hello, thank you for allowing me on this site.

my problem is my cab heater on my 2002 fiat scudo 2.0 jtd,
1st the blower started to play up, going on going off, then it stayed on full speed, then it stopped altogether,
i have replaced the resistor inside the blower, also new brushes, new pcb board,i have power all round good fuses, relays
i think i have changed the correct one,iam only getting 6 amps to the resistor on the blower, the blower works fine indoors
with a 12 volt supply, should i be getting 12 volt to the resistor,if so why iam i only getting 6 volts.

thank you in advance if you can help me with my problem.

Hey Eddie - did you have any luck with this?

My blower's been out of action for about 8 months. I've had a pretty similar experience to you and I'm left thinking that there's some dark magic at work!
