CV Joint Replacement?

Hi Guys,

new to the forum so Hello! Got a 59 plate dispatch 2.0 petrol with LPG (nice cheap fuel) runs great until today travelling round an uphill corner 2nd gear about 10 - 15 mph heard click, click, click then no drive!! I'm guessing its a CV joint about to go and tow it home.

Any tips for replacing, special tools needed or workshop manual for this model?
