Please identify the seat!

I have just bought this seat from Ebay, now the seller failed to say that the arm rest was missing or at least the cover plate was. It looks the same fabric as my 2007 Expert, so can anyone identify which vehicle version this seat came from and does anyone have the arm rest, or cover for sale?  Any help much appreciated.
