May be buying another one of these vans next year for work rather than convert. You guys with the 2.0 what are they like round town? I had the 1.9D before and it was not all that good, think around 30. I can get 30 using my LDV but it wont stay clean long throwing gardening tools in and out all day

2 MPG isn't great
Seriously though, my 1.9D gets plenty more than 30MPG. I've seen it as low as 27 on major hilly bits, but m trip round Europe saw me getting 37MPG on average. I've got as high as 45MPG on a very flat, very straight, very 50mph motorway trip.
That said, if you don't mind the computery gubbins, the 2.0L its gonna be a much more satisfying drive.

I got more. I gor 35 on a run but this will be a town running motor only and when looking around the other night it was only 2.0 engined vans around. If they are more economical than the 1.9 then bonus. Nah ECU's dont bother me. Just learn how to read them, help's on the pocket and more satisfying than getting a man in
