Fuel leak

https://dispatchexpertscudo.org.uk/foru … -0936.jpeg[/img ]Hello, new member here, I have a 2006 Sudo 1.9 and have a diesel  leak and it appears to be coming from what looks like a blue cap with a thread and nut coming out of the top with a small red wire attached to it, it is to the left of the EGR  valve. Any suggestions  would appreciated. Thanks
Ps photo in link above. Photo appears upside down sorry, the EGR valve in photo is on the right. Thanks

Re: Fuel leak

I think it is called a stop solenoid and it looks like the diesel is squirting  from the blue bit. Engine starts OK and runs OK.

Re: Fuel leak

Is the solenoid fully screwed in properly? I cannot remember off the top of my heasd what socket I used, maybe a 24 or 27mm,  If so maybe the rubber seal on the top that the 12v feed goes to is leaking in some way, I ended up using a £4 green one off ebay when my one failed.

Edit: Ah the one I got was blue but the price has jumped quite a bit - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/121247923882
