Random, indicators work on stalk but not hazard switch?

Can anyone fathom this, I'm assuming it's just the switch and not the relay as the indicators work fine? This is on an 04 non turbo dispatch, had the dash apart to fix the hot/cold issue after fixing the fan last time I had it apart, since then it seems hazard switch does nowt, cleaned teh contacts etc etc, could it just be the switch?

Had multimeter on all pins, only found like 0.01 or 0.02 of a volt on one or two, should one of them not be a constant live?

I'm trying to get it ready for MOT and keep finding more things to fix lol.

Bridge the connections on the switch and see if fires up. If not, it's probably a wiring issue. If you need to get it through MOT you could maybe wire a patch/bypass to the wiring off the indicator stalk so the switch triggers both indicators. It's more than likely the switch or the wiring, but i'm no expert.

I figured out bud, it was me being a dum dum, had fuse 14 in slot 15 which only has a terminal on one side lol, oopsy.
