Primer bulb not filling

First Post people. My 2007 Dispatch has been SORN for about 3 months. Tried to start it today and no joy. The primer bulb isn't filling so I presume there's a fuel problem of some kind. Has anybody overcome this?

Probably air got in and fuel ran back to tank. Most likely culprit is the crap after market seals you get for the fuel filter housing. Try Opening and injector fuel line and get somone to turn the ignition and stop when fuel starts to flow. Repeat with the other three. If you get it running and the same problem in the morning they you have air getting in.
