auto locking misbehaving

hi there
my citroen dispatch 2008 wont let me deactivate the auto locking
i press and hold the correct button and on the screen it says auto locking deactivated,
however when it reaches 6 mph it still locks it self
Does anyone have any ideas?
i have tried disconnecting the battery for a while.

I didn't know that this could be deactivated, other than using the Lexia diagbox programmer. Just wondering why you would want to disable it.

im a window cleaner and always stopping and starting and getting my brushes out
its a pain to be stranding at the tailgate with it locked every time

My doors do lock when I start to move, but all open again when I open the drivers door. I keep re-reading the door locking section in the manual, but still cant figue out what the intention is. Looks like it has been designed by a comittee
