Captain's seat arm rest removal?

Anyone know how to remove the arm rest from the basic non-swivel "captain" style seats? Mine's looking a bit tatty and I was hoping to either find a cheap replacement or re-upholster it!

Nah but the last motor i had that had one had a plastic cover over a bolt hole at the arms pivot point. Pop cover out and undo bolt. You may have something like this video.
