2011 Dispatch BulkHead

So I recently brought a 2011 Dispatch and have done a few repairs already (Cambelt, Alternator and Battery)

The bulkhead/Cabin separator has been cut so the old owner could look in the back. Unfortunately they cute the whole top half off and but in chicken wire so you can hear all the noise.....

My question is does anyone have one?

I plan to put down sound deadening and carpet once I replace it.
