Changed thermostat on 2009 Dispatch 1.6, but the new unit didn't have the bleeder valve, so I went to take the one off the old thermostat.
Its clip was hanging off and it was only the o-ring holding it in place. I've bodged it on with a cable tie.
I can't buy a new one. I've tried the Barrow-in-Furness Citroën dealer, motor factors around Kendal, Halfords, you name it.
Has anyone found a source of these, please?
Or maybe I should make a better bodge using a tap and some 13mm heater hose to replace it?

I thought cable ties were permanent fixes
Maybe try a scrap yard?

Well, the cable tie hasn't fallen off. Yet...
I reckon a breaker's might be the only sensible option! Crikey, Greggy's has closed down since I last needed a breaker...

You can guess why, yes? It was all clagged up so badly I could hardly SEE the thermostat, until I decided to fix it, so I covered over the fusebox etc., then brushed in Jizer and hosed it down.
Sometimes the old ways are still good :-)
I'm busy un-bodging all the bodges, because we've only had the van a week.
Thermostat was physically broken and sitting crooked in its housing, earth lead was loose on the battery, oil was like treacle, cooling system oily (previous owner seems to have replaced the oil/water heat exchanger recently), oil drain plug badly overtightened... what's next? ;-)

Citroen have found it!
I've uploaded a pic of the parts diagram, but I'm not sure how to link to it from my uploads, so I've linked it externally.

Oh yes! I searched for bleed valve, bleed screw, coolant bleed and so on, but I didn't search for "radiator drain cap" because it isn't a cap, and it doesn't drain the radiator :-)
Thanks for the pointer.
