Hi
Odd request but could anybody cut sills off ,from sliding door back to the front wheel arch
Both sides.
It's so I can fabricate new panels you see.
The van is not at my place and if I had templates be very useful

Thinks for a minute
Get's crystal ball
Still the same!
Perhaps just me, I'll wait to see, if anyone is smarter than me to understand.
PS, don't get me wrong:
I normally speak perfectly clear about everything, all the time. The only problem is- the others, that don't get it!

I think they're looking to replace their sills on the van. The long thin panel that runs between the wheel arches, underneath the doors. Down to the jacking points. And looking for donor parts.
I've had mine welded and replaced, but they've just fabricated it from sheet metal. No need for donor parts

Yes exactly
I am looking for templates to fabricate new outer sills.
From sliding door down to wheel arch .
Rest are OK.
I can do inner sill and the mid sections it's just the profile on outer sills I am stuck on
Done it before on a ducato so can't see it been that challenging.
The van is not at my adress you see.
I understand it may be unusual but would be excellent if I had even rusty outer sills as templates then I can get it all together and then sort van.
Hope that is clearer .

Bit of a predicament then, even if someone would be going to Holland, it's not a an hours job to template it.

Yep
I know I have done it before.
I will persevere, there is a van in car park at work .Will take templates drawings off that .
