Front door window strips / weather strips removal

Hello,

Does anyone know how to remove these strips?(see picture)
I want to replace them as they have been getting warped.

Hi,
I'm new to these vans but not cars vans generally
and on any other vehicle I'd open the window fully
grab the sticky uppy bit and peel it back as these rubber weather strips
usually have 'teeth' gripping the metal.
It might be glued though, if so I would try the same method but with possibly some
moderate heat to soften the glue.
Lifting the already warped section will probably tell you how its fixed and the best method for removal.

If you want to be really careful you could try running a plastic or wooden pry bar
along it to lift it off the lip of the door.

Once off, examination may tell you why it warped and if it's possible to straighten it
as not sure parts availability on these things

And them trims get whooped once rust pushes them up or them "clamping" edges begin to fade away.

Try for the sake of trying, could end up annoying extensive for what's it worth. As long as that outer rubber isn't completely crumbled up - you don't get all water ingress straight in, just from aesthetics point of view hardly worth bother.

Just been looking on the parts thing I have and it says for that part
'9310 89 EXT weatherstrp'
This is for my 2006 Expert but I reckon they all use the same part
but whether they're available is anyone's guess

You could try Woolies. (haven't said that in a while!)

Exterior weatherstrip in rubber with PVC vertical insert.
Black velvet covering on inner face that fits against the glass.
Will seal up to 11 (7/16") gap between glass and window frame but minimum 6mm (1/4") gap unless leading edge is trimmed down.
