Thought I'd share my baby with you all.
Bought for £500 from an estate clearance, only used for fishing trips, didn't have any service history but the oil looked fairly clean, battery looks recent, no evidence of the timing belt every being changed so that was the first job at £240.
Fuel gauge doesn't work but the warning light does (good enough for me for now)
Odometer packed in yesterday, probably just a bulb but need to investigate at some point
Steering seems a little twitchy, sometimes heavy, probably needs a new power steering pump and needs a good service. All in probably around £1000 by the time it's running sweet, maybe another £500-1000 to convert into a basic stealth camper

You got a rough plan with internal layout, budget and the likes? I wanted to do mine on a shoe string at £600. You will be amazed at how it mounts up. Think i got over the 600 mark and still had the leisure battery and split charge to buy. Think i am around the 800 quid mark not counting all the fuel going back and forth to B&Q hundreds of times
That looks a nice wee van for the money. The wheels let the look down though. Have a look at my wheel trim thread for a cheap option a couple of us have went for unless you are getting alloys.

It's actually going to be used for a charity banger rally next summer, we're hoping to get a lot of the parts donated. The plan is to paint it Matt black, scrub the wheels down and paint them black too. Once the rally is over I'll probably keep it Matt black but tidy it up properly. Parts so far: headlining, new real light lens, interior light, plastic rear internal wheel arch cladding (all from a taxi) £55 from a scrap yard. Haven't found any suitable seats yet, priced a ply lining kit at £40 from another scrap yard. Need to measure up timber to make the seat/bed frame/table and sort out some electrics next. External hookup is just going to be a tent hookup to keep costs down. I'll keep a diary of the build here though
