We have a 1996 Fiat Scudo Itaca CI campervan and our leisure battery, which is new, has stopped charging. We've located the split charge relay and find that it's rusted to buggery! It's so corroded that it's lost it's casing and so we have no reference details. Is anyone able to supply a code for the relay? TIA

Where was that plugged in? I don't think there's a standard DispatchExpertScudo relay for that so I guess it's whatever will fit those pins

it looks like a standard relay from the photo. my guess is that it turns on with the blowers.. takes its signal feed from that as the blowers only turn on when the engine is running

Notice: I have the tendency to void warranties, blow fuses, cause fires, and other fun stuff.
Words of wisdom: Internally rust proof the sills and subframe! both skins!!. There's always user serviceable parts inside. "Oh that shouldn't have happened".

Look on the bottom and you should see numbers next to the terminals
30/85/86/87 for instance
This will tell you what sort of relay it is.
4 pin is usually a make/break type, 5 pin usually a changeover with NO and NC terminals
The power rating you choose be above expected load
