yeah same. it seems to go up each year by 20 to 30 quid. my 1991 fiat panda started off when i first bought it back in 2012 was £145 each year the price has gone up and now its £230 a year. its going to be quite a bit the year before it becomes tax exempt

Thankfully i am self employed and can pass this charge on. 365 days in a year so no great drama trying to pass on under a quid a day. Just looked back and my 4.2Tonne 2400cc dirty diesel bus was only £309.75 if paid in full. Work van was the same price. Ill take that as the wifes car was only £20    The three motors work out as £1.75 per day.
