Hi there is a black plastic vent underneath my Citroen dispatch by the passenger door I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is for please? Thank you

its an air scoop for the fuel cooler. its not really needed. the issue being that it can be ripped off easy and damage the fuel cooler causing all of your fuel to leak out and you not know about it... till its too late.

Dont some have a vent after the rear wheel to prevent ears popping when you shut the doors? My mate in Holland had a different van and if the last to close door got slammed you could hear the air get pushed out the door seals as the arse covered the vent over to help insulate the van.

Yea mine has this, I use it for my heater intake/exhaust
I don't think the diesel cooler vent goes into the van through? I remember seeing it on schematics for the 2.0 HDi, it's like a heater matrix completely outside/underneath the van isn't it?
