How to replace the drivebelt jumpy mk1 1.9td?

Hello! Ive tried to put on a new driving belt on the engine but it doesn't work.
When i removed it i used a torx 50 which is in the middle of the tension pulley wheel then i could remove the belt with not too much struggle. Now when i want to put it back it doesn't work. The torxscrewhead is not too deep which make it easy to slip..I also used the hole on the tensioner bracket. A 3/8 fit but the hole is a little bit worn so when i want to turn it. It just slips n nothing happen. I have this kind of spring loaded tensioner.
