I have a Peugeot Expert 1.9 D and when I try to accelerate it seems like it’s hitting a limiter , and won’t pull anymore and releases a lot of black and white smoke .
Does this symptoms suggests that my injectors are bad ?

Could be a lot of things. First thing to check is your fuel filter, it could be clogged up
It's in here, towards the right of the engine next to the big air filter box
Unclip the ring that holds the lid on (be careful, it snaps easily), remove the lid and replace the filter inside
This is a guide for a similar vehicle (you won't have the engine cover over yours though)

Black usually indicates unburned fuel under load. I get it when I'm foot down accelerating up hill
Oil is normally blue smoke

Have you tried using some sort of injection cleaner? Made a huge difference on mine.

I have a shot of Red X diesel system cleaner here next time you are around. No use to me any more.
Don't know how effective it might be but used to make me feel better.

I used STP Total Cleaner and STP Injection Cleaner.
First I felt the engine was quicker and ran much better. On the second clean my turbo started working.
Dunno if it was just placebo. I also tried sooting it out with high revs before changing gear, given I don't really know what it was that worked. But it sure as hell didn't make it worse.
