1.9 non turbo clutch and cam belt

hi

im thinking of doing the clutch and cambelt on an 03  1.9

would dropping the front sub frame with the engine on make life easier ?

Has anyone dropped out the whole front end like this  ?

Cheers

I haven't done either job on mine but if you have the space and tools go for it
If you like the van and want to keep it, then it will be time well spent as you'll be
able to address any local corrosion issues too.

Re: 1.9 non turbo clutch and cam belt

I somewhat agree that it willl be a good investment, but depending on the rust situation it might end up with more headaches if there's stuck/rusted/etc bolts.

If it can done without it might also be a good option

Let us know how it goes either way!
