Hi, I've spent all afternoon trying to run a wire from the +ve battery terminal through to the back of the van. I can't find a way to get it though under the dash. I was told there are two positions for the fuse for lighter, one for permanent, one for ignition on only.
So I was going to connect to the fuse socket that isn't in use but I've no idea if they can handle the power or not. I'm using a maypole tec3m 30a split charge relay.
Does anyone know how many amps it can handle or even better- a way through for a wire.
Thanks, Laurie

Battery into inner wing. either go the way i did or round the back of the headlamp. Open passenger door and you can see along the inner wing. Get a long wire coat hanger to hook your life feed and pull it through. In the side of the door frame you see a rubber grommet what you put a hole in. Take out the plastic trim on the inside and pop your wire through then route to wherever you want. Only thing...... When wire is going round edges of the wing tape rubber to teh wire as it will vibrate and hole over time making a short what you dont want.
