dispatch subframe

Hi  Newbie here. Thanks for admitting me. 
Does anyone know if the subframe on the 2007 on dispatch will fit an earlier model,? ie:2003 please....mine is rotten, and I can buy a 2007 frame, but i have to search a 2003 and remove it...

ok found a decent sub.   but getting the old one off... rear 6 bolts seized1 in the frame  . have torn out the captive nuts in the body rail .... gonna have to cut them off  and bright ideas on reinstating the captives please?..
