Spit and Polish (and trim)

I've used a bit of elbow grease, T-Cut, Wax and trim.

Thank you. One of the most striking changes was getting the bumper black. Was it originally grey or has it faded? NB, silicon wipes didn't touch it, what I used in the end was black, liquid shoe polish from poundland - the kind with the sponge applicator. Still got most of a bottle left!

My van is Red also...............I must admit on looking at it after a wash down it definatly has oxidation in the paint on a couple of panels (No idea if this weather had much to do with it)
The bumpers and rubbing strips are not that bad just lack luster and showing years of life (along with the paint probibly) ............... I've used that silicon spray stuff and because our vehicles get a wash down with TFR, (van inculded) when it does get washed van bumpers are all dull again so I bought some liquid shoe polish as well the kid scuff type I think................

Haven't used it yet as getting prepared for MOT .............. Near that time again .......... But interested how the liquid polish holds out

Satin black chassis paint and hose down once or twice a year big_smile
