Power steering judders 2012 Dispatch

Hi, hoping someone can help.
I have a 2012 Dispatch van 1.6 diesel. Noticed a juddering when turning steering wheel L & R when stationary (eg 3 point turn etc). Have changed the PAS pump (not electric-runs off pulley from drive belt) for a new one. New PAS fluid. Cleaned filter in the reservoir. Made sure the system is bled. The level doesn’t drop. Smooth as silk.
After a few minutes of smooth turning, the judder comes back along with a groaning sound (not just me!), especially turning wheel Left

Can’t see any kinks in the pipes and wonder if a new rack is needed.
Also had new cambelt and water pump changed this month. Noticed it since then. Related in any way ?
Hope you can shed some light.
