dangling wire

Hi everyone ,

I going to try and put some pictures on here showing a wire that probably needs to be attached to something, but I can't see what.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Due to faulty ignition I burnt out my starter motor and I had to replace SM and ignition barrel. So far van turns over but won't start. Could be immobiliser, but want to eliminate this wire first. The guilty wire is the pale green and white wire. A similar wire seems to be connected to the fuel pump?
