As the new owner of the spares-repairs van posted last month (I'm insane enough to gamble getting all the rust fixed for the MOT) I'm looking to move home into this new blue one.
But I've got to have side windows to enjoy the views. Unfortunately because it's blue I can't rely on going to a scrappy for new doors as they're pretty much all white. And by god the doors actually shut nicely.
So I'm wanting to see about getting side windows on the existing doors.
This one would have been perfect, they're even close by, but unfortunately they only offer 80% tint, and I kinda don't want tint as it makes it seem a little gloomy.
I could see about taking the factory standard windows out and fitting them to the new one, which is an option, but not ideal as they're a little small and I don't like the divider down the middle.
Any other options I could consider?

How about Seitz S4 top opening windows with blind and fly screen - not very wallet friendly, but great for ventilation, keeping open in light rain.

Jesus, you're not joking about the price! I hadn't considered caravan-style windows though, so I could have a look down that route.
£400 a pop plus fitting is more than I'm looking to spend though

You have a slight curve in the door and most caravan windows are designed for flat sides so top or the bottom with stick out slightly so more sikaflex will be needed but will always look odd. If looking odd does not bother you then swap doors over and spray them.
Other options are LDV Convoy or early Landrover Defender windows as they are pop riveted in place. The convoy has three sized. All 50 cam tall but 99,92 and 82cm wide. Middle one is solid where others slide open.
