clutch master cylinder

Hi i have a 2005 1.9 dispatch and the clutch master cylinder is leaking into the cabin,how hard is it to change myself and is there any thing i should know like hidden clips or useful tips or potential problems.
I also want to flush out the cooling system as the water in the expansion tank is a rusty brown color ive had a quick look at the rad hoses and there not the usual jubilee ones where is the best place to drain the coolant from without giving myself problems with leaky connectors if i disturb them

I opened the hose that goes to the bottom of the radiator to drain it out
